Dr. Rauseo has extensive experience in delivering customer-focused
solutions to companies in various industries. She has held several
professional and senior management positions with consulting and
financial services organizations in the areas of sales, marketing,
operations, information technology, and organizational development.
She has managed numerous large accounts and clients during her
professional career as well as managed entire business units.
Prior to starting a teaching & consulting career, she was
responsible for designing and implementing CRM processes, technology
and performance strategies, including change management and job
design.
Rauseo also provides CRM consulting services and develops customized
learning programs. Her services include the design of instructional
content and training programs that develop and manage internal
and external relationships. She partners with public and private
institutions to deliver workshops and training in the areas of
marketing, customer relationship management, business process
analysis, and technology implementation.
Rauseo earned a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from
Purdue University. She holds a Master's degree and a Doctoral
degree in business administration from Nova Southeastern University.
Rauseo also is a certified IBM E-Business Consultant. She has
published articles in FIU Hospitality, Business Process
Management Journal, and Journal of Personal Selling &
Sales Management, as well as a case study in the book Business
Process Orientation. Dr. Rauseo has also presented papers
at several conferences, including American Marketing Association,
WebCT, and SAM.
